During your microneedling treatment, the skin is cleansed and prepared before a sterile, medical-grade device is passed gently over the treatment area alongside a serum or exosomes. Most clients describe the sensation as a light prickling feeling. A soothing moisturiser is applied afterward to support healing and hydration.
Mild redness, warmth, and tightness are normal for up to 72 hours, similar to a light sunburn. Makeup should be avoided for 24 hours, and SPF is essential after treatment. Visible improvements typically begin within 2–4 weeks, with optimal results seen after a course of sessions. Course length will be discussed and determined during your first treatment consultation, depending on the aim of the treatment.
